East Kent Renovations is a professional painting, decorating and renovations & restoration contractor based in Sandwich and Broadstairs. My name is Keith Roberts and I have been in the construction industry for 38 years. I am primarily a professional decorator and paper hanger. I have worked all over the UK and on restoration projects in Italy. I set up East Kent Renovations to bring together the much sort after skills and expertise of various tradesmen and craftsmen I've either worked with or had dealings with over the years. Painting and decorating Paper hanging and specialist wall coverings. Floor sanding and finishing, including parquet. Carpentry. Plastering and rendering. Tiling. Glazing. Timber box sash window repairs, maintenance and overhauls. Electrical. Plumbing. Structural. I've undertaken contracts for new builds, renovations, historical restorations, shop fitting and lottery funded grades 1& 2 listed building restorations. Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. Overall I am very happy to have found him and I have been giving him more jobs to do in my house. I recommend him highly.
