Great job. We had a massive amount of bamboo to remove, plus extending the patio, building a new concrete planter over 6 metres long and 1 metre wide, new patio lighting and new facia boards on the adjoining building. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
