After a brief chat about what the job involved Andy was quick to point out that my proposed budget was too high and that he would do the work for a fair bit less. I was immediately impressed. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. I work in the building trade myself and his finishing is top notch. Very nice, friendly guy too and will definitely be using his services again.
William was a great find! He was flexible with his starting time to allow me to get to work on time. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.
