Of course you dont dare to clarify why my review "is wide of the mark" - because this is a nonsense statement. You lied about parking and did a runner - simple. Obviously you have no intention of coming back after walking out to "park" and then immediately blocking me on whatsapp for no fault of my own. Renovation of my dad's bathroom did not go as well as hoped. Due to my dad's dementia and him being affected we had to tell you to stop work with the job still unfinished 2 days after it should have been completed. It seems other jobs got priority over his and work was rushed. After you'd gone we found new tiles were cracked but grouted anyway. Seems there was a lack of planning for how much work would be needed for an accessible bathroom.

I've been installing all kinds of floor coverings for 15 years. I can install : All carpets, gripper and underlay. Vinyl. Domestic and commercial. Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.

Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.
