Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Extremely Disappointed – Overcharged and Poor quality of work. I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Not only was I significantly overcharged for it, but the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The leak that he fixed appeared again after 1 week when called back I was given a quote of another £150 just to come over to identify issue I ended up having to bring in another professional to look into it and he confirmed the issue was the same, due to poor quality of work this happened agai

Petar, compared to the other tradesmen gave me the best advice for the job and the best quote. He arrived on time each day that he worked and only had short breaks. He took pride in his work and was very hard working. Handyman with over 10 years experience and own my own building company ZN builders. Maintenance man by trade and have plumbing qualification. Can do everything from bathroom to flooring, decorating to extensions.
I was given a quote without him having seen the job first. Smacks of extra costs being added later for ‘unanticipated problems’. I didn’t hire him for this reason.
We have over 16 years+ in the window and door industry we can carry out any job within the day for customer demands and satisfaction all fitting jobs accepted and repairs also take.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
Unreliable. On two occasions did not turn up. First time I chased and told me his boiler had broken. Second time did not answer my calls. Do not use.
