Hussein and Amir are professionals. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule and quoted me the job would take 2 days to complete but it would be tight. They were very punctual arriving both days at 8 am as they said they would. They asked the relevant questions for the job before starting, and kept to the schedule as agreed. Josif and his team did a wonderful job laying a new artificial grass over our previously not looking good narrow garden. Josif has a good attitude and good communication skills. He and his team are professional, and care about how their workmanship presents and did more than just laying the grass. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back when the time comes to do other garden jobs or other building work. I am going to show his work and recommend him to my neighbours in case they would like to do the same

The job was expanded by me to include laminate floor replacement, refitting a toilet and a light refurbishment of the toilet including plumbing, carpentry and decoration. Victor's team laid a polished concrete floor for us. Its been 3 months since the floor was laid, and still looks new. We spoke to a number of companies before we opted for 3D Royal floors. We found Victor the most straightforward to deal with, very knowledgeable and in the end was great to work with. I highly recommend 3D Royal floors if you want a quality floor finish, efficiently executed and for reasonable price.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
