Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

I could not be more disappointed with the work. My house is only 5 years old, in almost perfect condition, and I just wanted to have it 'freshened up'. I have been left with a property that is now in a poor condition and have been quoted over £2500 to to correct. That is before replacing the carpets he ruined. It is a shame I am unable to post pictures on here, as I really don't want anyone else to fall into the trap I did. He won't provide public liability insurance details, so guess he doesn't have any.

Unreliable. On two occasions did not turn up. First time I chased and told me his boiler had broken. Second time did not answer my calls. Do not use.

The service from 365 Building Services was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Very highly recommended. Great comms from Leanne to a very neat and professional job from Fabian. DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Employed this person to do decorating /lay flooring. has now vanished w/out finishing the work/work shoddy. His name is Tiffa Miller trading under his partner's name of J Patton. Its now impossible to get hold of him. He owes me money. stress has been so great it has caused me to have a kidney stone.. went on for over 3 weeks. In that time I was lucky if he turned up for a day giving countless excuses why he wasnt able to come. Many mornings I would be left wondering if he'd turn up at all which he wldnt
