Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.

The low rating refers to Storm Guard R&G whose quote I accepted. But, 4 men came; 2 from Cheshire Roofing Repairs who did good work & I score them high. But, Storm Guard overcharged & did minimal sitework & then pressurised for payment (+ threatened to remove materials!). Storm Guard have several company names & an initial quote with no heading or phone (& only a Rated People website, spelt wrong!), and my bank suspected, so delayed payment. Advise just using Cheshire RR!

What a mess of a job leaks , sink and bathroom not fitted properly, seals bought not used. Very disappointing to say the least avoid avoid job took 3 days then get insulated that Victoria plumbing materials were cheap and threats to visit and rip out poor workmanship one of the worst handy man services ever not a construction firm more subcontracting non competent people. I highly recommend Phil, he contacted me quickly with a very good quote and availability to suit me. He was able to get the EICR job done at the earliest opportunity, and after he had finished the inspection he called to update me on the outcome, rather than just leaving me to wait for the certificate. However the certificate was sent the same day as well so again, very efficient!
