I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Really pleased with the job, they hacked off and rendered the whole bungalow and removed all the concrete gutters and replaced with pvc. The whole team were friendly and polite and the job was completed in just over a week. I was happy with the price and am really pleased with the finished job.

He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas.
