Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

Edward and his team provided a speedy and efficient response from start to finish. They were polite and didn't waste time; they cleaned up well. The cost was more than I had thought initially but I was provided with a written estimate and photographic evidence of the scale of work required and I'm satisfied it was fair and reasonable. Just so you know; Alan has 20 years experience of fitting kitchens but has only recently joined Rated People – hence the few ratings provided so far (which was the basis of my initial reservations). Alan provided a competitive quote and was thorough, helpful, professional and conscientious before, during and after the work was carried out. In short Alan was excellent and I would highly recommend him (I can't think of any more superlatives to use!)!

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Turned up as arranged and completed the job there and then to a high standard. As a customer of Rated People do not be tempted to over-price your job as the tradesmen get charged according to the budget you set, which for a small job can be a large percentage of the price you pay him.

Quick to reply to request and work done on the same day. Got straight onto the job, professional, friendly and knowledgable about the products. A bit pricey, but worth it for the peace of mind. Job done!

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. We needed a general garden tidy up; strimming, mowing and rubbish removal. Jonathan got the job done quickly and well. He was both reliable and polite and he charged a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Jonathan.
