Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.

Booking a convenient time was fairly good . Communication was good. Arrived promptly, however the work seemed quite rushed , and no joins were sealed with sealant as this is Lino fitted on a kitchen floor of high use for spillage /dirt im unsure how it will wear in due time . Some areas not glued down fully and visibly bubbled .

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. If you value your time and reliabil
