Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
