We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

New Heating System. Quick response & very competitive quote same day following site visit. System was installed to a good standard & is working fine to date. Colin & his team arrived to do the work at the times agreed & worked to ensure minimum disruption. Rad is a likable person, hardworking and very professional. He supplied a quote with a full breakdown of the work required and cost. Rad arrived on time for the first appointment and on the day work started. Rad has a good sense of humor and is easy to get on with. Would well recommend. A good job, done well and no mess to clear up.

Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
