I logged my job (new guttering and associated fixtures), needing an economically friendly quote and very quick completion. Swale Roofing offered both, and the resulting work has changed the appearance of my house, so much for the better. Mr Parrish was very personable, worked in a tidy fashion and delivered to his word. I am very pleased and look forward to living with my new guttering.

Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.

Kevin was a pleasure to have in my home and I had no worries going off to work and leaving him working away. He has done a fantastic job re-wiring my whole house plus getting rid of all the weird and wonderful wiring that was here. Kevin does exactly as you ask and he offers advice to ensure that you get the best job done and he stuck to the original quote. FIRST CLASS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
