Stuart, John and team did a great job on converting our garage to a games room. They proposed multiple solutions to us all the way through and were happy to tailor their recommendations to our budget. Full project management, together with great communication is their winning formula. Would happily recommend and will undoubtedly use again ourselves.

Recently had a boiler replaced, looked around and got approx 10 quotes before decieding on SMB Property Mainentance who did an absolutely fantastic job, did everything I asked for and more, outstanding! would highly recommend this company.

We found Kazem and Mo to be very hard working who were more than qualified to complete the job in hand, They take pride in there work leaving the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would happily recommend them for any household renovation.

Exceptional service in exceptional times. Possible lost tile, turns out that the roof was intact. Mike was efficient and changed a slightly damaged tile (which I already had). Free of charge. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
