John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Smith and sons provided us with an excellent service. They brought the tree down to size under great control, tackled autumn leaves and left our front lawn looking great again. Very gentle and caring too. When you do a good job with such great attitude, repeat business is guaranteed. Just did not know it will be so quick - evidenced by our neighbour also giving them some work before they had finished working on our garden. Nice!

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with TBC again for our loft!

The guy has not fixed the leakage problem from the radiator, he came to my place with no tools, not even a Screwdriver. He spent 5 minutes but he has changed me for full one hour fee of £150?. I am unsatisfying with the work.
