Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

I would highly recommend mcainally roofline services. I was very happy with the work that was carried out. My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.

John was quick to get in contact regarding the job and was efficient in all aspects. Done a fantastic job to bathroom in a small time limit. Was very approachable with any queries and done the very best he could with the budget we had, place looks brilliant. Malcolm has come along at just the right time. Due to illness within the family we have been unable to tend to the garden like we used to. Starting with cutting the grass Malcolm is now covering all those jobs that need to be done to keep a large front and back garden under control. Would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone.

Ewan n Liam were very professional from the off set bring samples of the materials that they would be using for the job if we decided to go them. Once we had others out to quote we decided to got with these guys, the wk before the job they were checking that we were still going ahead with the job. No money was taken up front for the materials payed after the job was completed needless to say we were very happy ???? customers, whilst the job was going on there were quite a few passers by commenting.

Mathew contacted me and came to see the job the same day, he then started the job two days later. I cannot praise him and alistairs work highly enough from keeping me informed as to what he was doing to the finished job which was absolutely spot on. This was first time on rated so I was obviously a bit dubious but these guys laid all that to rest. My neighbour was that impressed that he is painting her house next week.
