James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
