We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

He accepted a job on Friday 25-Oct-2024, we agreed on the price, he said will do the job on Sunday 27-Oct-2024, he didn't turn up as ageed, he rescheduled for Monday, he turn up and said he will do the job on Tuesday. On Tuesday he sent text saying he cannot do the job because he is busy. He wasted my time, don't be his next victim.

Full central heating system installed in 3 bed terrace house with all pipe work hidden under floor and tidied up as they went. 3 days of work and I never felt like I was living in a building site. Great price too. Can’t praise the guys enough they will always be my first call.
