I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. I cannot fault the work done, building us some new red brick steps, levelling ours and our neighbours path as well as rebuilding our Cotswold stone wall which had started to bow. Rude and offensive to two elderly people. Requested nearby help, and they were from a long way away.They demanded cash so we had to to to a cash machine with them following . When told that we would complain ...one man came aggressively to my car and threatened us. The problem was a faulty light outside.....which cost over £250 to sort out. .. A very expensive 10 minutes spent at the house. .We were told it was the call out fee snd a full hour because that was what it was. Do not use this company .

What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.
