Andy was very responsive to the job request. He arranged a quick inspection of the work and was then available soon after to carry it out. Provided a fixed quote and a guarantee. Matthew was prompt to reply, professional in his approach and ability and because of this I asked for several other jobs to be done which were diverse, not carpentry.
