That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.

Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!
