Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. I did not proceed with the job in question, however his quote was reasonable and his communication through out was spot on. I would definately recommend and will keep his number for future use.

Very friendly, on time and was very thorough in all aspects of his work. This was not the case when the last "service" was carried out by a well known company. Their so called "service" was what I would call a check with a cost of about three times the price. A good" experience " all round, with substantial savings. A definite " thumbs up " !!

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.

Mr Belshaw was a pleasure to have around the property. His quote was comprehensive and competitive for the work. He communicated well about the process and I felt fully informed about what was being done and why. His lead time to beginning the job was short and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website.
