We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

New Heating System. Quick response & very competitive quote same day following site visit. System was installed to a good standard & is working fine to date. Colin & his team arrived to do the work at the times agreed & worked to ensure minimum disruption. I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Both Ade and Chris and very polite, friendly and approachable. We are happy to forward pictures if that would help with your decision making process. We would highly recommend.

Lee came and gave us a price for a new standard staircase. He also offered a variety of options for other types. He was approachable, friendly and explained everything to us. Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He also likes a biscuit or two and is partial to a cuppa

Scott was absolutely brilliant, he got the job done and it's been done to a very high standard! Also a really good price to considering the work was done over three separate evenings due to us having to have the walls plastered. Very happy customer, would recommend to anyone!

Came on short notice and very flexible. Needed someone to repair, replace and add to tiling around the kitchen and window sill. He did a quality job giving the tiling a professional finish it lacked. He worked efficiently and was done within a day. would recommend.

Phase Electrical DCI did an excellent job installing an Zappi charger. The install was done very neatly and quickly. I can't fault communication either; emails were promptly answered. All in all the best experience I've had not rated people.
