Dean has done an amazing job with installing the new cladding on my house and was really great value for money. The thing I have been most impressed with is Dean’s communication (calls and photos), it has been fantastic but what clinched it for me was the patience he had when I was repeatedly asking him questions about the job and he was good enough to take my calls and texts. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Matt was fantastic very chirpy arrived on time and did a fantastic job I was very pleased with the flooring he also was proactive and cleaned the floor and disposed of the laminate flooring boxes I think He took them with him which he didn’t have too 10 out of 10 he also did the flooring in record time and finished early
