The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. The job included complete new installation of centre light and switch with a new consumer unit to replace an aged wired fusebox. Despite there being an unknown electrical fault from many years ago Scott was able to deliver on time and to the agreed budget. He was also able to advise on recommended upgrades.
