Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Over the moon with the w.c. Martin was quick to respond for a quote and quick to set a date for installation which was a bonus...and very reasonable for price....the finished product was expertly put in and couldn't be happier... That delighted we are getting him back for the upstairs bathroom!
