Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

The plumber sent (Tommy) was excellent but this system is double dipping. You already pay Rated People who are supposed to find tradesmen. You then also pay plumbernow to find the tradesman. So the guy that does the work receives a fraction of what you pay. Rated people should NOT be letting similar "job finding" firms to be on site. Essentially requiring Joe public to pay two finder fees.

I have never been so impressed with ‘work men’ as these two. They helped me to purchase the materials myself and even when I bought the wrong shields, this was not a problem for them. The work was completed to a very high standard and they were polite and friendly from start to finish. I am going to have other jobs done and will 100% be using them again. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
