Gavin was hired to move our boiler into a bedroom & fix our toilet cistern. Paid him in cash £1200. Still waiting for him to come back to finish off the toilet,3 months know & counting. He advised us to renew our thermostat as the other one wasn't working correctly. We paid him £150 cash for this part. Now saying we didn't pay. Numerous text, phone calls & emails, kept saying I'll call in next week, yeah right. Don't waste your time or money on this guy. Go elsewhere.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.
