He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

This is an interim review only. Throughout, Eddie was friendly, polite and very helpful indeed. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem correctly and trying over and over ways to put it right. Eventually he had to conclude that a fault had arisen in our twenty-year-old shower, which he could not remedy without co-operation from the manufacturer. He has sent an email with photos to the company with request for their assistance, and we await their reply.

Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. He fitted some hooks in my garage walls and is obviously a perfectionist - he refitted one that he thought was not quite in the right place. Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful.
