First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
Nigel was very quick in coming round to give us a quote and gave good advice on what would look good. He was very realiable and tidy and cleared up every evening which was great as we have a little boy who loved to see what was going on! Would recommend him to friends and will use him again.
