Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)

Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall
Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. Craig turned up on the date promised, worked long hours to ensure he completed the task on time. Very neat and tidied up after each day. System works without any problems and lower gas bills already after 6 months. A worth while investment in a new heating system. I would recommend Craig to install a new heating system no problem.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
