Had our boiler replaced by Truscon and were very impressed with the service and time taken to do the job. Chris came and had a look at what was needed, quoted promptly, arrived when he said they would and did the whole lot in less than a day - including the tidying up afterwards. Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Don't go there very unreliable started my job on 8th June replacing decking planks and still waiting for job to be completed 21st July supposed to have had his car pinched and he hasn't got his van really would think you would hire a van if you running a business to keep money coming in and not let customers down promised a rebate if £20 to hire a andyman to finish job 17th July still no money we are in our seventys and have found all this very stressful and know have to find someone to do one piece decking

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
