This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. William did an excellent job installing out new boiler. He immediately came to assess what needed to be done and arrive a few days later to complete the job. We have now booked him in to do all the servicing for various appliances we have here. He was also very jolly and friendly as well. What more could you ask?

Adrian fitted new taps for us in both the kitchen and a bathroom. Despite encountering some issues with the items we provided, he overcame them all He was quick to respond to our ad, graciously fitted us in to his busy schedule the next day, arrived on time and completed the tasks within timeframe. His work is excellent and he is a very pleasant and efficient professional. We were so pleased we asked him to come back two days later to replace another set of taps, which he did despite being busy.
