John installed our en suite shower room and tiled the floor and walls. We provided the sanitary ware and John helped source tiles with his trade discount. The work was done on time and to a high standard. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable, quality tradesman.

Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

Dave renovated my mum's kitchen - knocking down an internal wall, bricking up a doorway and fitting a new door and kitchen. His price was mid range of the quotes we received. He did a good job, my mum was very happy with the end result. He also came back after being paid to correct/ replace a few things that needed fixing. He worked neatly and was very polite. The job did take a bit longer than we were told, however we would definitely use him again.
