Jason was professional, polite and punctual, the three main points that make all the difference. He assessed our dishwasher and gave an honest opinion and the fact it would cost more to fix than to get a new one, which we were grateful for. He then came back to replace our tap due to my own error of not leaving it at home the first day he came. So he can out in another day at our convenience to replace our tap. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
