I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

I have recently moved to the area of woodville, I have worked as a sole trader for 2 years but have worked in the plumbing industry for 7 years. Can't fault the communication of this company, was great communication but the prices are way too high. Even tho I couldn't get the quote out of them kept on saying they will be working through the leak until they identify exactly what it is. When they found that silicone needed replacing in the 2 corners of the bathroom I thought yeah no problem silicone wouldn't cost that much.. and at the end I was charged £200 !! Really liked the communication, however wouldn't use again due to the pricing.
