Not happy at all. I was charged slightly over £200 for 2 hrs. The issue was not resolved in fact, it was worse than the beginning. In future would be reluctant to use this service. Quotation should be based on completed work not on hours spent when no resolution! Not professional!

I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.
