I am very satisfied with the work. Michael responded promptly and worked hard to accommodate timing changes in the appointment times when I had an issue. He charged a very reasonable price. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. He came out on short notice and did not leave until all the work was completed. Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages. The final invoice amount came in a little higher than expected despite the bigger job at hand. Would definitely hire Carl again.
