Dave is one of those dream trades people! He is polite, perfect time keeping, and very very capable of a multitude of jobs. We originally engaged with Dave for a small job but ended up keeping him for a week, with other tasks that arose. Dave went above and beyond to arrange his schedule and did an immaculate job. I have since recommended Dave to friends and family and they are as equally delighted with him and his work.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I had a new boiler installed and also Neil fixed the problems I was having in the loft with leaking water tanks. I had a new radiator fitted and also I needed a new water tank in the airing cupboard. I was pleased with the work done by Neil and his companion and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.

Terry came this morning to my house done jobs that were required after visting me he then went to other family members homes to do there jobs we are all very happy he was punctual polite and an excellent worker. Kale and his team did my full system replacement for a really good price and I am delighted with the results. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
