Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

We found a leak behind the washing machine and went on to Rated People .com. Ian was the first to call.We were so relieved he came the next day. He was very polite, professional and reassuring, also very patient as we had just moved in and did not know where the stop cock etc was yet.He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why.
