Great service - turned up on time and fixed our toilet leak for a good price. Had to change an additional part not initially expected but did an extra trip with no extra charge for part or time. Will use again.

From start to finish I was so pleased I’d chosen this company. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out to a really high standard. I made some changes to the original plans as the work went along and they were more than happy to accommodate! Thank you so much- I love the garden!

Can't fault the communication of this company, was great communication but the prices are way too high. Even tho I couldn't get the quote out of them kept on saying they will be working through the leak until they identify exactly what it is. When they found that silicone needed replacing in the 2 corners of the bathroom I thought yeah no problem silicone wouldn't cost that much.. and at the end I was charged £200 !! Really liked the communication, however wouldn't use again due to the pricing.

Lights are finely installed and radiator problem is resolved. Ali is nice, patient and professional and did the job properly. Helps with good advice on electrical and boiler matters. Reliable and helpful.

Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Really quick and clean work, very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend. Installed new boiler (in new location) and installed central heating on the top floor (3 radiators). Knew I wanted the job done quickly so arrived with 3 of his team and got it all done in one day!

I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications. I would not hesitate to use Richard and White again and would highly recommend them.

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.
