When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website

The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received.
