Michael arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation with my drains. He explained in detail what would be required along with a rough estimate of potential costs. Halfway through the job Michael had to contract Scottish Water and advise them that the problem was out with my property. When Scottish Water arrived he liaised with them on my behalf and stayed until the blockage was cleared. MJR carried out the work at a very reasonable price and to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would.
