All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.

ACL were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the build and finish. It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.
