I had a burst pipe. Placed an ad. Troy called me promptly. He said he would come around within 45 minutes which he did. He fixed the pipe, talked me through what he was doing, advised me how to prevent it happening again. Charged a reasonable price. V relieved, grateful and happy with the service

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.
