We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

Stuart is an excellent tradesman attention to detail is fantastic he takes absolute pride in his work. I'm a complete perfectionist and he was 200% the right choice. His costs are fair especially for such a high standard of work. Completely trustworthy . I would highly recommend him and most definitely be using again soon .

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

I selected a rather unusual bath for a small bathroom. But this did not put Malcolm the plummer off in anyway. He was a very nice person and did a grand job, well done.
