Often times we are able to reduce material costs as we operate a ‘no waste’ policy and purchase core materials in bulk. By doing so we are able to pass on the savings to our valued customers. Although we are very new to Rated people, please do not let this put you off. We are a group of hard working lads eager to make our mark in the building trade. Our workshop is centrally located in Walton, L4 but we are able to to accommodate contracts across the North West and beyond, subject to the works required. What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Unreliable and a time waster. Did not meet his commitment. Gave him the job but in the end he just was not interested. Should have said that in the beginning. Talks a good talk but in the end a £1600 job was below him.
