My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I,m looking to do reliable jobs, to inform my clients about all the situations and methods to get the quality results in the end of work, I have a vast experience and I'm happy to give any advice. I know very well , the places where I'm working is important places for my clients, can be houses, offices, study places however the cleaning and tidy is one of our priority, keeping everything clean and protect around at any time when we doing any work action. Oliver visited me to talk about the design I wanted for the new wall. He got an idea of how I would like it and was very helpful with any questions during his visit. The team of Leon, Lee and Will were very good. Leon made sure that everyone knew what was agreed. Do the job they made sure I was happy with the work. They were all very easy to get on with and worked well as a team. They left the site nice and tidy at the end. I'm very happy with the work. Definitely 5 stars. Cheers guys Kevin

Graeme came round and quoted for the job. £180.00 including materials, which he carried out on friday. He made a lovely job and left the place nice and tidy. I had a kitchen blind I was going to put, I asked Graeme if he wouldn't mind doing it, which he did at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and will definitely use again.

Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.
