G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

I hired Laurence and his team for external painting of my house and an alley way. The work was carried out by Laurence and Monty. They were extremely polite, very hard working and meticulous in their job. Laurence and Monty completely transformed my house. Their attention to detail was perfect. Laurence took extra effort to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. They arrived on time, kept me updated with the progress and cleaned after finishing their work. Russell and John did a great job weeding and cutting back our gardens. Thorough work with no shortcuts. Nice people and very knowledgeable and helpful, at a fair price. We are asking them to come back regularly to keep it in shape.
